The last two schedules report all invoices posted to the corporate accounting system for the month of April 30, 2009. These schedules include invoices, which could relate to either fiscal year 2008/09 or 2009/10. The expense for the invoice will be reported in the appropriate year but the payment information will appear in the fiscal year 2009/10 report. These schedules are done on a cash basis, and reflect invoices for operating expenses and financing transactions. Listing of salaries, travel and supplier payments made by Legislation are shown separately under the Supplementary Information. These schedules can be found at www.fin.gov.bc.ca/ocg/pa/08_09/pa08_09.htm. 2Salary amounts shown on the Order–In–Council, Other Appointees and Employees not Appointed under the Public Service Act Salary and the Other Employees Salary Schedule may be made up of base salaries, retroactive pay, payments of benefits from prior years and/or current year vacation payouts. 3Employee position titles have been included in this year's Public Accounts.
