Before his academic career, Dr. Moore spent twelve years in
marketing with IBM, Hitachi and Bull. Prior to coming to Oxford,
he was a professor at McGill University in Montreal. He has also
taught at Cambridge University, and Georgetown University.
Fis current research focuses on global knowledge transfer in
professional service firms, and ancient history. He has acted as a
consultanfto r Nokia, Volvo, Hezvlett Packard, and the Canadian
government. Karl is the author or co-author of more than 75 books,
articles, papers, and book chapters, his research has been published in
a number of journals including: Management International Reviezw,
the Academy of Management Executive, The Journal of Applied
Behavioral Science and FIBS. :
David Lewis holds a Ph.D. in history from
the University of Toronto and an M.A. in
lustory from the University of Western
