The mission of A+ Accounting & Consulting, LLC is to provide dependable and quality service of
accounting and tax preparation assistance to all sectors of industry, commerce, and individuals. We

Mike Wombolt is the president of A+ Accounting & Consulting, LLC. He has a Bachelors of Science
Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Montana State University Billings. Mike has
been practicing accounting in the Billings area for over 10 years and has experience with a variety of
different occupations and businesses. Mike is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and currently working on
becoming an Enrolled Agent to help clients with dealing with the IRS. Mike is a member of the
National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. Mike serves the Billings/Laurel community in a
variety of not for profit organizations and volunteering agencies. He also serves as a board member
with the Laurel AAU Wrestling Program. When Mike is not at the office he enjoys spending time
with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys all arrays of sporting activities as well as camping and hunting.
We can take care of your accounting needs. As a small business owner you don’t need to
spend all your time working on your finances. We can get you on track and help you with
your finances so you don’t have to worry about them. We offer many different services and
will customize a plan to fit your business needs.

Our referral program is hands down one of the best around. We will pay you to bring us tax clients. If you send clients to us we will pay you
$20 per client. This is a great program, we will pay you cash or check as soon as the client that was brought to us has completed the
transaction.
Example: Fred is a client of ours and his tax return will cost him about $100 to be prepared. Fred didn’t want to pay the $100 so he was
proactive and went out and brought 10 clients to us. Instead of having to pay us $100 we cut Fred a check for $100. Heck of a deal right?
Example: Tina is not a client of ours because she is able to do her own tax return. Tina wants to make a little extra income right now so she
decides to try and help bring clients to our company. She brings 25 clients every month for 3 months. We end up cutting her a check for
$250 every month for 3 months…what a nice little extra income. It is very easy to refer clients to us. One of the best ways is through word
of mouth or
through social networking. Emailing your friends and family on facebook could make you an? extra $250 a month. One person was able to
