Thisvolumepresentstheacceptedpapersforthe2018InternationalConferenceonAI
and Mobile Services (AIMS 2018), held in Seattle, USA, during June 25–30, 2018.
AIMSprovidesaninternationalforumthatisdedicatedtoexploringdifferentaspectsof
artificial intelligence (AI) and mobile services (from business management to com-
puting systems, algorithms, and applications) and to promoting technological inno-
vations in research and development of AI and mobile services, including, but not
limited to, robots, wireless and sensor networks, mobile and wearable computing,
mobile enterprise and eCommerce, ubiquitous collaborative and social services,
machine-to-machineandInternet-of-Thingsclouds,cyber-physicalintegration,andbig
data analytics for mobility-enabled services.
Forthisconference,weaccepted20papers,including17fullpapersandthreeshort
papers. Each paper was reviewed and selected by three independent members of the
AIMS 2018 international Program Committee. We are pleased to thank the authors
whose submissions and participation made this conference possible. We also want to
expressourgratitudetotheOrganizingCommitteeandProgram Committeemembers,
for their dedication in helping to organize the conference and reviewing the submis-
