COMPANY PROFILE

Arabian International Company (AIC), is a Structural Steel Engineering,
Fabrication & Erection company established in 1994. A 100% Saudi owned company and
part of the Attieh Group of companies which was founded in 1945 and is now one of the
premier steel stockholding and trading companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. AIC
headquarter and main plant is located in Bahrah, Jeddah and occupies an area of 101,750
meter square. To meet the increasing demand by our growing clientele, the company
constructed additional plant in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE and an extension plant adjacent to our
main plant in Jeddah. AIC fabrication plants are equipped with state of the art equipments
and machineries manned by skilled and talented staff. AIC adheres to the principles of “Good
Quality Management” and committed to “Health, Safety and Environment” standard. These
values have made us a certified ISO 9001:2008 ; ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
company, in addition to the authorization given by the American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) to use the code symbol stamps PP, U, S, A. Furthermore, the company
has achieved another trademark of excellence in quality service on its name as we have been
given the highly regarded certifications in Factory Production Control System by
FAHSS/TUV for AWS D1.1 and BS 5950 in conformance to the international standard
requirements for structural steel production. AIC’s capabilities combined with the diversified
and rich experience of the Attieh Group distinguish it as a leader in the Structural Steel field,
with full capability of handling medium to large sized projects.

ENGINEERING
AIC believes that good quality structure comes from well engineered design drafted by

equally talented and brilliant mind, and that by this belief the company has adopted an
i nnovative solution to satisfy our w ide rang e cliente le requ iremen ts on p r oject execution by
acquiring latest engineering design software system and equipments, and employing topnotch

and excellent staff and design engineers.

Our Engineering Department is boasting of highly qualified engineers who are conversant

with international codes and standards. The work is carried out with the extensive use of

CAE / CAD via a large computer network. The computer hardware & drafting software are
linked to the CNC workshop equipment for downloading of information thereby eliminating
error and saving valuable production time.

FABRICATION
Acquiring of the latest high-tech equipments and machineries is our paramount objective in
order for us to sustain competitiveness in the industry and to consistently serve our projects at
the highest level of satisfaction and timely delivery.
Bahra, Jeddah (Main) Plant

Strategically located in Bahra, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, our
main fabrication plant is occupying a total land area of
101,750 m2, with a covered lot area of 41,000 m2.
Presently, one of the biggest steel structure fabrication
plant in Saudi Arabia boasting current production
capacity of 10,000 metric ton per month and manned by
almost 2,000 highly skilled and experienced workforce,
equipped with state of the art facility using high-tech
machines and equipments.
Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE Plant
Due to unprecedented growth in the construction
industry and to meet the high demand on structural steel
by our growing numbers of satisfied customers on the
execution of their projects in the region, AIC has
embarked on expansion plan by building up another
fabrication plant in UAE. The Ras Al-Khaimah Plant
was commissioned in November 2006. At present, AIC
RAK has become one of the key players in the supply,
fabrication and erection of structural steel in the region.
Fabrication is carried out using latest CNC Machines and applying method in accordance to
highest international standards and production procedures.
AIC is undoubtedly become an epitome of excellence
in providing high quality service in the structural steel
industry that gives value to good quality management
all throughout the organization. Adherence to the
health and safety principles and highest quality ethical
standard have made us a certified reputable company
bearing the ISO 9001:2000 ; ISO 14001:2004 and
OHSAS 18001:2007.
AIC has achieved another milestone of quality
distinction on its name as we have acquired the highly
regarded certifications in Factory Production
Control System given by FAHSS/TUV for AWS
D1.1 and BS 5950 in conformance to the international
standard requirements for structural steel production.

GALVANIZING
(Section 3.3)
To serve our clientele with wide range of business services, we offer our customers a one-
stop-shop services which showcases a wide array of our high-quality services which include
Galvanizing in addition to Painting.
To better serve and meet the growing demands of
our customers on their project requirements, the
company constructed two (2) in-house galvanizing
bath inside our plants in Jeddah.

CONSTRUCTION (Section 3.4)
AIC is capable of handling the erection and construction
of all kinds of steel structures regardless of height,
weight and complexity of the project. To manage all our
projects efficiently, AIC has acquired modern
equipments to support our Project Construction Team
from execution to completion of the project.
Our highly skilled erection team and experienced
engineers are regularly undergo trainings with the
necessary Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
and other safety method and practices that conforms to
the international standard and requirement in the
construction industry.
The name AIC is undeniably become synonymous to
“Excellent Partner” in providing high quality
construction and erection works to major construction
and internationally renowned engineering, procurement
and construction (EPC) companies in the region.
AIC has been credited for the successful completion and
erection of major projects in Power & Water, Smelter,
Cement, High-Rise Buildings and other Industrial Plants
in the region. Some of the famous buildings and
commercial towers which became landmark in Saudi
Arabia and GCC region were among the structural steel
erected by AIC.
