INTRODUCTION

This Capabilities List has been prepared in accordance with the policies of Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia.

This listing document provides an overall portfolio of Accessories ratings, for the repair station located at :

Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia
Soekarno - Hatta International Airport
Cengkareng - Indonesia

The general repair, overhaul or al teration of products will be performed in accordance with the current Civil Aviation Safety R egulations,
manufacturer's data, drawings, specification and bulletins or other technical data approved or accepted by the Director General Civil Aviation
of Indonesia for the particular Accessory limited rating.

This Repair Station will not maintain or alter any item for which it is not rated, and will not maintain or alter any article for which it is rated if it
requires technical data, equipment, materials, facilities or trained personnel that are not available.

The technical library and this Approved Capability List, required for operation of this repair station, will be maintained in a current status at all
times, withi n the time frames of distribu tion. The Quality Assurance of GMF AeroAsia will control this document's revision stat us a nd
distribution.

Each production General Manager and chi ef inspector working for this approved maintenance organization will have a current copy of this
manual and should thoroughly understand of its contents. It will also be available to other personnel as required.

CAPABILITY LIST CONTROL

Each capability listing will have a control num ber and an as signment entry on the cover page. A master list containing the manu al number,
location and revision status will be kept in the Quality Assurance & Safety office.

It will be the responsibility of the Quality Assurance to continuo usly monitor, audit and update all relevant specifications used in the repair
station.

Any revisions necessary will be proposed by th e production General Manager for coordination and approval by Lead Auditor for Component.
Lead Auditor for Component there to will appr ove each page of the listing and revision. Upon approval by Quality Assurance, sufficient copies
will be made and distributed to provide revision pages for each Capability List holder.

Upon receipt of a revision, each holder will be responsible for inserting the revised pages in its Capability List, record the revision on the record
of revision page and return the acknowledgment form (provided with the revision) to the Quality Assurance & Safety office showing the holder
has revised its Capability List.

A section of effective pages will be issued with each revision so each listing can be checked and kept current.
