Preface
The 7th Iberoamerican Conference on Applications and Usability of Interactive TV
(jAUTI 2018) was held during October 16–18, 2018 in Quilmes (Argentina), and was
organized by the Transversal Program of Digital TV of the National University of
Quilmes.
jAUTI2018wastheseventheditionofascientificeventpromotedbytheRedAUTI
Thematic Network on Applications and Usability of Interactive Digital Television.
RedAUTI currently consists of more than 200 researchers from 32 universities and
industry from Spain, Portugal, and 11 Latin American countries (Argentina, Brasil,
Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Perú, Uruguay, Venezuela).
These proceedings contain a collection of extended selected papers originally pre-
sented at jAUTI 2018, and later peer reviewed, that cover the development and
deployment of technologies related to interactive digital TV, second screen applica-
tions,interfaces forTV,audiovisualcontentproductionanduserexperiencestudiesof
TV-related services and applications.
