Ingredients
1/4 C. butter 1/2 C. brown sugar
4 large tart apples - peeled, cored and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 C. cold water
Directions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter on medium heat and cook the apples for about 6-7
minutes, stirring continuously.
2. In a bowl, mix together the water and cornstarch.
3. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir to combine.
4. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon and boil for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve warm.
