NOTIFICATION
Rc. No. 3291/E2/2019-1,- Under Rule 10 (a) of Andhra Pradesh State
and Subordinate Service Rules. 1996 read with G.O.Ms.No.371, Health. Medical &
Family Welfare (L1) Department, dated 20-07-1994 and G.O.Ms.No.337, Health.
Medical & Family Welfare (L1) Department, dated 28-08-1996, Sri G.Venkata
Ramanaiah. Food Safety Officer, Guntur District whose name has been approved
by the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 13.12.2019 for
promotion to the post of Gazetted Food Inspector is hereby promoted as Gazetted
Food Inspector on Adhoc basis in the time scale of pay of Rs.35120-87130.
2. Sri G.Venkata Ramanaiah, Food Safety Officer, Guntur District, is informed
that his promotion is purely on temporary and Adhoc basis and he is liable for reversion
at any time without assigning any reasons and it does not confer any right to claim
seniority. He is also informed that the Adhoc promotion ordered herein is subject
to the outcome of OAs/WPs and disciplinary cases, if any. pending before the
Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal/Hon’ble High Court of Judicature
at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and also
subject to outcome of final bifurcation of employees working in the implementation of
Food Safety & Standards Act. 2006 and Rules thereunder between the States of
Residuary State of Andhra Pradesh and newly created State of Telangana. The
promotion given herein shall be reviewed on final bifurcation of employees of
Institute of Preventive Medicine; Public Health Laboratories & Food (Health)
Administration between the two States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is
completed.
3. Consequent on his Adhoc promotion of Sri G.Venkata Ramanaiah, Food
Safety Officer, Guntur District as Gazetted Food Inspector is here by posted at
Office of the Assistant Food Controller. West Godavari District against the existing
vacancy of Gazetted Food Inspector.
4. The individual should join in the promotional post within (15) days from the
date of receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evades joining by applying leave or
otherwise within the stipulated time, the orders of Adhoc promotion shall be
deemed to have been cancelled.
