Rc.No.276/2007-F,- Whereas in the reference 1st read above, an order under
Section 64 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 was issued to wind up of
affairs of the Kothapeta Taluka Coconut Cooperative Marketing Society Ltd
No.X-16, P. Gannavaram, P.Gannavaram Mandal and appointed Assistant Registrar No.2,
Sub-Division, Amalapuram as liquidator to windup the affairs of the society.
Whereas in the reference 2nd read above the liquidator of the said society reported that
the process of winding up of the affairs of the society was exhausted and recommended for the
cancellation of registration of the society.

Whereas duly considering the report of the liquidator of the society and in exercise of
the powers delegated under section 68 of the APCS Act, 1964 read with G.O.Ms.No.34
Food & Agrl (Coop.IV) Dept Dated:18.1.1989, I, the Deputy Registrar of the Cooperative
Societies, Kakinada hereby order that the affairs of the Kothapeta Taluka Coconut Cooperative
Marketing Society Ltd No.X-16, P.Gannavaram, P.Gannavaram Mandal is finally closed and
registration of the society is cancelled and the Liquidation proceedings of the said society is terminated
under section 69-A of the APCS Act 1964 and the society shall cease to exist as a corporate body
from the date of issue of this order.
