F.No.12/VZM/K/2002/Z.VI,- The Dargah Hzt. Khader Baba Vali, situated at Babametta,
Vizianagaram District, is a registered Wakf alongwith attached properties in T.S.No.411
corresponding to R.S.No.4 admeasuring Acs. 18.00 cents situated at Municipal limits of Vizianagaram
and it is under Mutawalliship of Janab Mohd Atavullah Shareef Shah Taj Quadri Baba S/o late
Ahmed Ali Under Sec.63 of the Wakf Act. 1995 for a period of (3) years in ref. 1st read.
In the ref 2nd read above the above Mutawalli has subitted representations,
which are self explanatory and contended that as a true spiritual successor of Hzt. Khader
Vali Baba, he developed the Institution into many folds with his own funds and with the help
of devotees and his followers and also protected the land from the hands of encroachers
by removing them with all his devotion effects after the individual was appointed as
Mutawalli by the Board vide ref. 1st read above.

Further the said Mutawalli stated that, he is discharging the services to the poor
and needy of the society without there being any discrimination on the ground of race,
religion and caste in several aspects including that of conducting regular langarkhana,
poor feeding providing clothes, medical and education aid to the poor in several parts
of the State including that of at Vizianagaram being the true successor of Hzt. Khader
Vali Baba Rh. having strong faith in the Sufism. Therefore he requested the Board to
pass appropriate orders notifying the change of Mutawalli of Dargah Hzt. Khader Vali
Baba by making necessary entries of his name in the relevant Records in accordance with
the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995
The entire matter was placed before the Board in its meeting Dated. 16.09.2013
by way of an Agenda and the Board vide its Resolution No. 568/2013 Dated.16.09.2013
passed the following Resolution:
“The matter has been discussed and it is unanimously resolved to incorporate
the name of Janab Mohd Atavullah Shareef Shah Taj Quadri as Mutawalli for the subject
institution U/s.42 of the Wakf Act, in the office records.”
Accordingly, it is decided to notify the name of Janab Mohd. Atavullah Shareef Shah Taj
Quadri Baba S/o. late Ahmed Ali, as a Mutawalli by accepting his request and incorporated the same
in all relevant records as per Sec.42 of the Wakf Act. 1995. for Dargah Hzt. Khader Vali Baba,
situated at Babametta, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District.
The Mutawalli should discharge his legitimate duties under the provisions of
the Wakf Act. 1995 and the Rules framed thereunder and should follow the directions
issued by the Board from time to time. The attached property of the subject Wakf institution
shall not be leased out without following the provisions of Wakf Act, 1995. The Mutawalli
should maintain the accounts properly and get it audited annually and submit the same to
the Board. The Mutawalli should pay the Wakf Fund @ 7% promptly every year.
