This volume contains the proceedings of the 7th International Symposium on
AmbientIntelligence(ISAmI2016).TheSymposiumwasheldinSeville,Spainon
June 1st–3rd at the University of Seville.
ISAmIhasbeenrunningannuallyandaimingtobringtogetherresearchersfrom
various disciplines that constitute the scientific field of Ambient Intelligence to
present and discuss the latest results, new ideas, projects and lessons learned,
namelyintermsofsoftwareandapplications,andaimstobringtogetherresearchers
from various disciplines that are interested in all aspects of this area.
AmbientIntelligenceisarecentparadigmemergingfromArtificialIntelligence,
where computers are used as proactive tools assisting people with their day-to-day
activities, making everyone’s life more comfortable.
Afteracarefulreview,25papersfrom12differentcountrieswereselectedtobe
presentedinISAmI2016attheconferenceandpublishedintheproceedings.Each
paperhasbeenreviewedby,atleast,threedifferentreviewers,fromaninternational
committee composed of 129 members from 24 countries.
