MISSION STATEMENT
To serve our customers with cost effective, quality mouldings, on time with a 100% fi ll rate.
RETURN POLICY
Custom orders cannot be returned. Returned material is subject to a 15% return charge. Damaged material must be identifi ed and
reported to your local Sales Rep. or our order desk no later than 7 days after material is received. A return material authorization must be
signed by your sales representative prior to return. No material may be returned over 60 days after the invoice date.
CUSTOM MOULDINGS
Prices and delivery available upon request.
SPECIFIED LENGTH POLICY
All clear solid specifi ed lengths are subject to availability.
Specifi ed length orders may be delayed up to one week. “All long lengths” specifi ed length orders cannot be supplied.
When ordering Hemlock and/or Knotty Pine casings; seven foot lengths are available for all casings less than three inches wide and
eight foot lengths are available for all casings three inches and wider.

RETAIL SHIPPING ROUTES
The following is an informational guide for Alexandria’s shipping routes and requirements.
MOULDINGS & ACCESSORIES
ROUTE #1 Local Yakima Valley deliveries Tuesday and Thursday.
ROUTE #2 Everett south to Centralia deliveries daily.
Portland, OR deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
ROUTE #3
South of Portland to Eugene trucks leave Monday and Thursday.
Cle Elum, Leavenworth, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, and Othello
ROUTE #4
deliveries leave on Tuesday.
Spokane, North Idaho (Excluding Sandpoint and Oldtown)
ROUTE #5 deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Sandpoint, Oldtown leaves on Wednesday.
North of Everett to Bellingham deliveries on Thursday.
ROUTE #6
Western BC on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Tri-Cities, Walla Walla and Hermiston deliveries will leave on Monday and Thursday of each week.
ROUTE #7 Lewiston, Pullman, Moscow will leave on Thursday of each week. Toppenish, Grandview and Sunnyside
will leave on Monday only.
Missoula, Hamilton, Helena, Butte, Belgrade and Bozeman leave on Monday and Wednesday.
ROUTE #8
Great Falls and Billings leave on Monday.
ROUTE #9 Manitoba and Saskatchewan deliveries leave on Monday to deliver Wednesday/Thursday weekly.
ROUTE #10 Okanogan, delivers on Wednesday.
ROUTE #11 Central Oregon, delivers on Monday.
All orders must be placed by noon the day before the truck leaves in order to be shipped the next day.
