Due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases, the Court will conduct hearings in matters via the Telephonic
Courtroom for the Chapter 13 Hearings scheduled for Thursday, March 4, 2021. No in-person
appearances by counsel or litigants will be permitted at this time. Court will begin at 9:30 a.m. at which
time all cases will be called in the order listed on the attached docket.

In accordance with the General Order of the Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Louisiana 2020-3, but
in order to conduct Court proceedings as scheduled, the Court will conduct all hearings via a Telephonic
Courtroom. Please see below for the instructions on accessing the Telephonic Courtroom. As you call-in, please
remain silent until your matter is called or otherwise prompted by the Court, as the Court may still be conducting
hearings earlier matters.

The Court and the Chapter 13 Trustee will remain on the call throughout all hearings. Any party in interest may
dial in as desired as the telephonic hearings are open hearings.

4. Once court has begun, you will be requested to make your appearance on
