The AIAA Editorial Board is pleased to present Aircraft System Identification:
Theory and Practice by Vladislav Klein and Eugene Morelli. This important area
in the aerospace field is covered in 12 chapters and 4 appendices in almost 500

pages. MATLAB software is included.
These authors are very well qualified to write on this subject as a result of their
long experience in the area, and they have written this book in a manner that will
make it of interest to both students and experts in the field. Readers of this book
will also likely find the companion volume in this series, Aircraft and Rotorcraft
System Identification: Engineering Methods with Flight-Test Examples by Mark
Tischler and Robert Remple, to be relevant to their needs and interests.
