HumanFactorsandSystemsInteractionaimstoaddressthemainissuesofconcern
within system interface with a particular emphasis on the system life-cycle devel-
opmentandimplementationofinterfacesandthegeneralimplicationsofaugmented
andmixedrealitywithrespecttohumanandtechnologyinteraction.HumanFactors
and Systems Interaction is, in the first instance, affected by the forces shaping the
nature offuture computing and system development. The objective of this book is
toprovideequalconsideration ofthehumanalongwiththehardwareandsoftware
in the technical and technical management processes for developing systems that
will optimize total system performance and minimize total ownership costs. This
book aims to explore and discuss innovative studies of technology and its appli-
cation in system interfaces and welcomes research in progress, case studies and
poster demonstrations.
