"I am the Oldest of Old, My Names are numbered as the Stars. I
am the Cloak that settles with Fear and Awe, I am all that is
Strife, Pestilence, Death and Decay. I am the Cosmic Force that
is known as Defiance, the Black Pillar of the Universe. No man
nor god has Me as servant, for I make slaves of masters and
masters of slaves. Find Me in the darkest hour with a heart of
Truth and longing, and I shall sit you on an Onyx throne, crafted
from Flesh and Torment! Despair is My very breath and Suffering
My marrow, I am the Black Flame that burns with the radiance of
a million Suns - consuming the light of day and all servants of
the Light.
I - the great Defiar, shall mold you as bloodied clay, twisting your
mind into a machine of Death's despair and weaving your soul
as a testament to My Black throbbing heart. I make the wanting
masses churn within a grinder of Destruction and uplift the
blessed few to Black Winged Intelligences of Infernal Rapture! I
am the voice of the persecuted, oozing vengeance that corrupt
the hearts and being of the vexed.
I WILL stand with you against all opposition - overcoming the
masses, with a blazing Sard blade, plunging deeply and true into
the fiber of adversarial Forces, severing their Will and Life. Travel
with Me on the Black Flame, and your Sorrow and Strife shall
crown you with Glory and Might! I am Belial, The Defiant."
Introduction
For Eons the Dark Gods has walked upon the earth, unchal
lenged, unhindered and unequalled. They shaped matter from
the Ether and molded the very atoms into Abominations which
bowed in servitude. The Dark Gods were content in wisdom and
structure and had no want or need. Upon the dark horizon, the
Dark Gods witnessed the birth of something which was alien to
them: Ignorance.
As thousands of years passed, the ignorant rose from the mud of
creation and placed themselves upon the thrones of the four cor
ners of the earth. They raised massive armies and drowned the
earth with their numbers. They claimed dominance over all: upon
the earth, below the earth and eventually the heavens. To the
muddled mind, the past became a barren field, and their future a
scorched and blackened earth. And the memory of the Dark
Gods faded into mere superstition, distorted, misinterpreted and
feeble visions.
Only the loyal few recalled the magnitude and beauty of those
Dark Titans and offered Them homage - even though They did
shut that Black Door, when the last of them retreated within the
black void.
When the kingdom of Edom arose, those mighty kings seeked
guidance, and in turn the Titans listened. After all, these kings
were of the Old People who remembered the Dark Gods well. As
the ages passed, the eleven kings of Edom thrived - not because
of inherent wisdom, but only by the hand of Belial. Thus, it came
to pass...
In this arcane manual, we will instruct you on how to summon
and direct any Demonic Entity, which in turn will obey you
without falter. This Satanic Manual will grant you dominion over
the Infernal Kingdom, its Principalities and Powers and all of the
Subterranean Host. You will hold council with the ancient Kings
of Lote and learn the secret words that will unlock your hidden
demonic potential, thus abling you to wield tremendous power
in this world of men and the world of the Spirits.
Every Dark Sorcerer in the history of this world has mastered and
applied this unholy knowledge and has reaped the benefits of the
infernal blessing. But beware, this book holds both a blessing
and a curse, as the knowledge within will surely test your sanity
and your strength. You will be tried and tested by Belial Himself,
to determine if you are worthy to cross the infernal gate - but
Hark! If you are not...you will wish for deaths oblivion! Now, you
can no longer claim ignorance! Now you can no longer claim
your innocence! For once you commence, your fate is sealed, in
this world, between worlds and all worlds! Be this a blessing or a
curse shall be determined by you.
From this moment forth you shall be known as an Acolyte of the
Pit - a worthy title which is drenched in the blood and torment of
those who came before you! Your sole purpose is to evolve and
become a Demon. Yes, that thing which others fear so greatly,
that only the most foolhardy would speak of out loud! Can you
even fathom this great honor? Can you actually comprehend this
powerful process of spiritual transmutation?
This is the Manual of Demonic Rites. Not simply a tool, but an
instruction manual on how to become a Demon of the Pit. Once
you have mastered and applied which is written within, you will
have no equal, you will have no rivals, as all will be under your
dominion.
May this Infernal manuscript serve the wise and damn the fool,
go forth now and find thy doom or salvation.

Chapter One: The Sacred Words of Stronghold
When you speak, your soul breathes its intent - thus it is trans
lated by the flesh. However, words are empty if it is not directed
by the soul. You must first grasp the concept of SOUL + MIND +
KNOWING. These three concepts are the key to unlock the
potential of the Beast. Your subconscious is the mind of the soul
and the conscious is the mind of the body. How does your body
function to keep you alive as you sleep? This is the directive of
the soul through the subconscious - the KNOWING. For you to
make manifest in this world at any given time, you must master
and apply the KNOWING. If you KNOW, your Will shall manifest
into the physical, through deed, words and all things. The
KNOWING is not a physical deed but a spiritual directive -
remember this well.
How do you speak with Knowing? You will know first, then you
speak! KNOWING is not conscious thought, but spiritual con
tent in the result already achieved. The body will reflect this by
experiencing a sensation like great relaxation...soon after man
ifestation of desire.
This is not meant to sound complicated - it simply is as it is. As
you progress with the instructions in this manual, you will gain
understanding of KNOWING and how to implement it.
Here follows the three great steps of manifestation: (Remember

2. KNOWING
3. Mind
= Manifestation
Consider this: when a Demon wishes to travel here or there it
does not have to think about it and make travel arrangements!
No! The Demon will do so in an instant for it KNOWS it to be
thus!
Your words are not just words, as they resonate with intent! In
tent cannot manifest if not for directive. You can will yourself
invisible for as long as you wish, but in the end, you will die from
old age never achieving it! Will is not enough to achieve a result!
You fool, how long will you struggle until you become wise? You
must master your own soul in order to transmute its properties!
There are those who claim to have commanded legions of
Demons, yet these same fools have not mastered themselves!
How do you expect to command a legionnaire of Hell when you
are such a spiritually feeble vex? NO! Adopt the nature of the
Beast, become the Devil by living AS the Devil in extent and de
gree! You cannot become a Demon if you still call yourself
Tommy or Susan! Shed your human cloak and denounce all that
you are! Abolish religion and such profanity! Defile the holy al
tars of men! A Demon does not bow to the gods of men nor do
they subject themselves unto the fallible! Transmutation is the
result to strive for, then all else will follow.
The sacred words of stronghold are that which is not spoken, but
that which is silent = KNOWING. To manifest is to know and to

Chapter Two: The Infernal Initiation
"You made Belial for the Pit, Angel of Enmity; In darkness is His do
main, His counsel is to bring about wickedness and guilt. All the
Spirits of His lot are Angels of Destruction, They walk in the laws of
darkness; towards it goes their only desire."

The most ancient of Demon Gods is Lord Belial (pronounced:
BE-LEE-AHL) and it is HE whom will shape your very matter into
that which you need to become! Oh, how dearly you will suffer
when He embraces you! He draws you into His chest as if a Fa
ther, then He drenches your very soul with the darkest of bile
which consumes your peace, by day and by night! When He, The
Defiant dives deep within your soul, He will stir your deep waters
with Aqua Regis, dissolving your pride and replacing what He re
moves with something black and churning. Are you ready,
Acolyte of the Pit, to meet the Ancient Enigma? Will you call Him
Father, as He devours your humanity and spews you out as a
spawn of Hell and Hades? His bowels are that which brings
change in the most ruthless and gut-wrenching manner ever
imagined...be prepared to meet Belial, then to be reborn as Him.
