6 (1) byinserting"for a calendaryear" after 4,or
7 an authorized distributor of record of such drag";

4 SEC.2.AUTHORIZEDDISTRIBUTORS.
5 Section503(e)(4)(A) oftheFederalFood.Drug, and
6 Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 353(e)(4)(A)) is amended by
7 striking"theterm" and allthat followsandinsertingthe
8 following: "the term 'authorized distributor of record'
9 means anydistributortowhich a manufacturersells pre-
10 scriptiondragsduringacalendaryear,and".
