<p>1927年创刊于广州。鬱林学会编辑并发行，原属鬱林革命青年社出版，1929年改为鬱林旅穗同学会出版。不定期刊，为综合性刊物。</p><p>撰稿人有谢寿芳、叶延龄、唐翰高、牟烈猷、梁礼能、钟绍勣等。</p><p>该刊内容广泛，既有对于广东市建设的探讨，如《对于鬱林市政建设的我见》、《怎样补救农村经济崩溃》、《警察之作用与整理鬱林警政之我见》、《对于鬱林建筑支线汽车路和城厢开阔马路的商榷》等文章，从市政、经济、交通、教育、治安等诸多方面，对鬱林的建设提出个人意见；也刊文讨论青年的修养并普及科学知识，发表有《青年修养谈》、《高小适用的新术语》、《谈谈肥田料的利弊》等作品。</p><p>值得一提的是，该刊还刊发文章宣传革命，发表了王懿仁的《二七与工人》和《农民生活的一幕》两篇文章。这两篇文章，用摆事实、讲道理的方法，深刻揭露了帝国主义、官僚军阀和地主恶霸对劳动人民的压迫剥削罪行，启发工农群众的阶级觉悟，号召大家团结起来，同敌人作坚决的斗争。在《二七与工人》一文中他写道：“我们把过去的事实来看看，大家是不是受地主以牛马相待？是不是日日都是过着那非人生活？我们底血汗，是不是只可博得那些不够维持生活的工资？而且还要受那种非人待遇的痛苦？我们要组织起来，一齐向我们的敌人进攻！”他还写道：“工友们！事实更告诉我们，敌人的势力是很大的。我们人自为战，是不能够的。所以我们应该大家联合起来……和敌人奋斗。”文章说服力强，大大地激励了广大的工农群众。而《鬱林农民之痛苦和其应有的认识》一文则指出了鬱林农民苦痛的根源，首先是土豪劣绅的欺骗，其次是贪官污吏的剥削和土匪的摧残，再次就是受苛捐杂税的苛剥，第四是受地主及放债者的压迫。全面而深刻地揭露了社会的黑暗，号召农民阶级的觉醒，与旧社会做斗争。</p><p>该刊内容丰富，对鬱林建设的探讨涉及市政、经济、交通、教育、农村等诸方面，为我们研究大革命后的广东提供了丰富的参考资料，具有较高的史料价值。同时，该刊革命性较强，对宣传革命、提高工农阶级和青年的觉悟起到了积极的作用，有一定的进步意义。</p>
