ADMISSIONS ON RESIDUAL VACANT SEATS
MD/MS COURSES– 2018-19
It is notified that consequent upon mop-up round of seat allotment conducted by
the Chairman, NEET PG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board–2018 and
Principal & Controller, SMS Medical College and attached Hospitals, Jaipur on
May 14, 2018, following seats of MD/MS courses for the academic year 2018-19
have remained vacant in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital – a unit of
Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur.
Applications are invited for admission on these residual vacant seats of
MD/MS courses for the academic year 2018-19 on prescribed format
from the eligible candidates who are NEET PG – 2018 qualified and are
registered with the Rajasthan State NEET PG Medical & Dental
Admission/Counseling Board–2018.
The complete list of these registered candidates as received from the
Chairman, NEET PG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board–2018
and Principal & Controller, SMS Medical College and attached Hospitals,
Jaipur is enclosed at the end of this notification.

STIPEND –
Students admitted to the MD/MS courses in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College &
Hospital will be paid stipend during their training period at par with the
Government Medical Colleges in Rajasthan.
ELIGIBILITY –
1. Candidate must have qualified NEET-PG 2018 conducted by National Board of
Examinations, New Delhi for admission to MD/MS courses.
2. Candidate must be already registered with the Rajasthan State NEET PG
Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board–2018.
3. The candidate must have completed satisfactorily one year's compulsory
rotatory residential internship (CRRI) on or before 31.03.2018.
4. Candidate should have Registration with the Medical Council of India or any
of the State Medical or should obtain the same within one month from the
date of his admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be
cancelled.
LAST DATE AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM
1. Application form for admission can be downloaded from the University
website www.mgumst.org
2. No application fee is required for applying for admission.
3. Downloaded completed application form must be e-mailed to
[email protected] latest by May 17, 2018 up to
11:59 P.M.
4. No enclosures are required to be e-mailed along with the application form.
5. Candidates who remain unable to submit their application form
online up to May 17, 2018 up to 11:59 P.M. can directly reach the
office of the Principal, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Sitapura,
Jaipur for participation in the seat allotment for admission on
May 18, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
SEAT ALLOTMENT
Seat allotment done by Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences &
Technology on May 18, 2018 strictly on the basis of merit in NEET PG 2018. No
separate information shall be given to individual candidates about the schedule
of seat allotment, personal appearance and verification of the desired
documents.
SEAT ALLOTMENT SCHEDULE
Date - May 18, 2018
Time - 11:00 A.M. onwards
Venue - Office of the Principal, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College,
Sitapura, Jaipur.
Documents in original and one set of photo copy to be brought and
deposited at the time of seat allotment :
1. Duly filled Registration form of NEET PG Medical & Dental
Admission/Counseling Board–2018
2. Score Card of NEET-PG 2018.
3. Secondary (10th) Marks sheet.
4. Photo ID (Driving licence/PAN Card/Voter ID/Govt. or PSU card/Aadhar
card/Passport).
5. Passport size Photo (two copies).
6. College Leaving Certificate (Transfer Certificate) from the Principal of the
Medical college last attended.
7. Migration Certificate from the concerning university.
(In case the candidate has passed MBBS examination from a university other
than the MGUMST, Jaipur).
8. Marks sheet of the I MBBS examination.
9. Marks sheet of the II MBBS examination.
10.Marks sheet of the III MBBS (Part – I) examination.
11.Marks sheet of the III MBBS (Part – II) examination.
12.MBBS Attempt Certificate.
13.Internship Completion Certificate.
14.MBBS Degree/Provisional Certificate issued by the University.
15.Permanent registration certificate from Medical Council of India or Rajasthan
Medical Council or other State Medical Council.
16.Character Certificate from the Institution attended last.
17.Other necessary undertakings/declarations regarding Anti Ragging, Discipline,
No four vehicle use etc. (to be submitted by the candidate and/or guardian at
a later stage).
As per the Notification of the Medical Council of India dated 20.02.2018
the last date of joining MD/MS courses is May 18, 2018. Therefore, the
candidates reaching for admission must come prepared to deposit their
tuition fees, caution money and hostel fees as detailed above instantly
on May 18, 2018 itself.
The jurisdiction of all court cases shall be the Jaipur Bench of Hon'ble Rajasthan
High Court only.
