Our Business Thesis
• Property-casualty insurance is a ~$2 trillion global industry in the
early stages of a once-in-a-generation technology transition
• 30+-year old legacy core systems have become a profound
structural constraint on insurer profitability and competitiveness
• Large technology incumbents have functionally inadequate
offerings and custom development is prohibitively costly/risky
• “Right” solution is a standard product platform generalized to the
entire P&C industry: all insurance lines, all countries, all sizes
• Market winner in core offering will enjoy very long-term customer
relationships — and options to provide many other applications
and data services to a secure customer base
