history, and the examination of the remains, the cause of death is ascribed to traumatic asphyxia.

EVIDENCE OF MEDICAL INTERVENTION:

‘There isno evidence of medical intervention.

EXTERNAL EXAMINATION
The body is received in the supine position within a white pouch without intact seal (Comment.
Sealed prior to Donor Network of Arizona harvest). ‘The body is that af a welldeveloped, well=
ourished, adult, light-skinned male who weighs 159 pounds, is 72 inches in length, and appears
compatible with the reported age of 32 years. The body is cool. Rigor morts is not apparent.
Livor montis is not apparent. Evidence of postmortem tissue and organ procurement includes
‘multiple incisions, including: At the chest, upper exttcmities, lower exttemities, with surgical
towels replacing skin and soft tissue al the lower chest, anterior abdominal wall, entire back and.
‘upper aspects of the backs ofthe thighs,

‘The head is normovephulic. ‘The scalp hair is brown, wavy and short. ‘The irides are reported

blue. Innumerable petechisl hemorhages are identified on the conjunctivae, ‘Ihe nose is
normally formed and the septum is in the midline. The anterior teeth are narural and in poor at
the upper jaw and adequate at the lower jaw. Innumerable petechiae at the oral mucosa, The
ears ure waremarkable, ‘here isa light brovin sout patch below the lower lip. The neck organs
axe inthe normal midline position and appear unremarkable

‘The thorax is well-developed and symmetrical. The ubdomen is fat, ‘The extemal genitalia are
those of a normal adult male. The anus is free of lesions.

‘The upper extremilics are well-developed and symmetrical without absence of digits. The hands
have dirty, regulaely trimmed fingemails. The lower extremiics sre well-devcloped and
symmetrical without absence of digits. The spine is normally formed and the surface of the back
is free of lesions,

IDENTIFYING MARKS, SCARS AND TATT
‘There is wallow ofa cross with “Travis Deano” at the upper right arm.

EVIDENCE OF INJURY:
‘The decedent is status post traumatic usphyaia.

‘There are innumerable facial, conjunctival and oral petechiae.
‘There is 1-inch red and purple contusion atthe bridge of the nose.
