Dear USA Inaugural Class of 2006,
To the first graduating class of the Urban Science Academy, I wish you well on
the beginning of this next phase of your life’s journey. You have made all of us
proud as you have been leaders and trailblazers, showing our community that
your aspirations of greatness have ultimately led you to success. As you leave
us and go on to college and other post-secondary activities, remember that you
have made a promising and indelible impression your schoolmates - the rising
juniors, sophomores and freshmen who aspire to emulate you. Additionally, the
entire USA staff will long remember your strong, kind, curious, and intellectual
spirit.
I wish that you experience the greatest gifts that life has to offer. Remember to
always be strong-willed and do the right things in life; have integrity and
respect for that which you believe to be important; help others, especially
when they are unable to help themselves; and pay attention to every opportu¬
nity that comes your way!
We will cross paths again, as good people in this world inevitably reunite under
positive circumstances. Be well and Godspeed.
