ADO Return Policy
ADO will accept returns based on the following conditions:
If the return is a result of an error made by ADO, a carrier, or vendor of ADO, we will gladly replace the item and credit all shipping charges
and restock fees. All products that are to be returned MUST have a Return Authorization (RMA) number assigned. To receive an RMA number,
please call your ADO Account Manager at 800-666-8191. All returns must be securely packed in the original packaging, received in resalable condition,
and returned within 60 days of original shipment. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and return freight charges.
No returns will be accepted on Special Order or Clearance items.

Consistent quality that prevents jamming or breakage (no chicklets). Our staples
are engineered to fit B&C Eagle, Fasco, Josef Kihlberg, Bostitch, Duo-Fast,
Rapid, Arrow, and Prebena staplers. Each box contains 5,000 staples unless
otherwise noted.

ADO Insulation Vacuum Bags
Made of 100% polypropylene. For use in removing old loose-fill
fiberglass or cellulose insulation from attics or wall cavities.
Each bag holds up to 75 cubic feet of debris.

ADO CAN FOAM
ADO Single Component Polyurethane Foam Sealants
ADO’s polyurethane foam sealants are moisture cured and designed
to completely fill and seal small gaps, cracks and voids. Compared to
standard cartridge type sealants, ADO Foam has excellent adhesion and
expansion characteristics ensuring a complete and permanent air tight seal.
ADO’s sealants result in less waste on small jobs while having an economic
impact on large jobs.
ADO Foam sealants are packaged in pre-pressurized cans and are
dispensed with a straw applicator or a professional dispensing tool.

ADO Wire Batt Supports
(also known as tiger teeth, wire stays and lightning rods)
Fastest, most economical method of installing roll and batt type insulation.
Made of high tensile wire with angle cut to dig into wood. When installing

Provides the best moisture and air infiltration seal between the rafter vent and
wall top plate. Works with Durovent and proVent to provide a moisture
impervious vent and block system.
• Polyboard material is waterproof and prevents moisture infiltration
• Secures vent in place eliminating blow-out during construction
• Blocks moisture from exterior and acts as an insulation stop
