Larry Flaxman, wow—seven years and…how many books and articles and
radio shows and events? How many e-mails and texts and messages and phone
calls? I lost track a long time ago, but I am eternally grateful for your constant

had our share of rough times, and yet, we still manage to pull through and “get
’er done,” and I think that is a testament to the deep bond we created all those
