Preface
The International Conference on Information, Communication and Computing Tech-
nology(ICICCT2018)washeldonMay12,2018inNewDelhi,India.ICICCT2018
was organized by the Department of Information Technology, Jagan Institute of
Management Studies (JIMS) Rohini, New Delhi, India. The conference received 295
submissions and after rigorous reviews, 18 papers were selected for this volume. The
acceptance rate was around 18.1%. The contributions came from diverse areas of
information technology categorized into two tracks, namely: (1) Communication and
Network Systems and (2) Emerging Computing Technologies.
The aim of ICICCT 2018 was to provide a global platform for researchers, scien-
tists,andpractitionersfrombothacademiaaswellasindustrytopresenttheirresearch
and development activities in all the aspects of: communication and network systems,
and emerging computing technologies.
We thank all the members of the Organizing Committee and the Program Com-
mittee for their hard work. We are very grateful to Professor M. P. Poonia, Vice
Chairman, AICTE, New Delhi, as chief guest, Professor Ashraf Elnagar, from the
University of Sharjah, UAE, as keynote speaker, Professor Punam Bedi from the
DepartmentofComputerScience,UniversityofDelhi,asGeneralChair,Dr.Sushanta
Karmakar, from the Department of CSE, IIT Guwahati as Session Chair for Track 1,
and Dr. R. Balasubramanian from the Department of CSE, IIT Roorkee, as Session
Chair for Track 2.
