The International Conference on Information, Communication and Computing Tech-
nology(ICICCT2020)washeldonMay9,2020,inNewDelhi,India.Theconference
washeldvirtuallyduetotheCOVID-19pandemic.ICICCT2020wasorganizedbythe
DepartmentofInformationTechnology,JaganInstituteofManagementStudies(JIMS)
Rohini,NewDelhi,India.Theconferencereceived220submissionsandafterrigorous
reviews, 24 papers were selected for this volume. The acceptance rate was around
10.9%.Thecontributionscamefromdiverseareasofinformationtechnologyandwere
categorized into two tracks, namely (1) data communication and networking and
(2) advanced computing using machine learning.
The aim of ICICCT 2020 was to provide a global platform for researchers, scien-
tists, and practitioners from both academia and industry to present their research and
development activities in all the aspects of data communication and networking and
advanced computing using machine learning.
We thank all the members of the Organizing Committee and the Program Com-
mittee for their hard work. We are very grateful to Dr. Anupam Basu, Director of the
