While the aluminum castings plant is located in Washington State, US Aluminum
Castings does business in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and
Australia. Not only do we have a presence in the Western States of Washington,
Oregon, Idaho, California & Arizona but also in the Mid-western States of Iowa,
Michigan & Illinois and the Eastern States of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North
Carolina, Virginia and Florida.

We operate a lean aluminum foundry, which meets and exceeds the environmental
standards of the state of Washington. The steps we have taken to create a
environmentally sound facility also lead to savings for our customers. Our lower costs
result from low-cost electricity, minimized handling, and electronic data interchange.

We buy certified, 1,200 lb aluminum “T”s in railcar loads avoiding the wasteful handling and
higher cost of the 40 lb. ingot.
1. We melt & process using the lowest cost electricity in the US.
2. We melt, pour, heat treat, machine, inspect & powder coat under one roof avoiding the cost,
delays and freight of outsourcing.
3. We receive, process and invoice by EDI, web or e-mail eliminating the delays and cost of
handling paper.
4. We are fully visual reducing the delays and missteps of uncertainty.
5. We Kanban, Min-Max & JIT for our customers everywhere possible.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality, high tolerance aluminum castings for the
aerospace, truck and OEM companies throughout the world. We cast using four processes,
certify to any of six quality systems, heat treat, machine and powder coat. US Castings is a one-
