This Registration Document was filed with the French securities regulator (AMF or Autorité des marchés financiers) on
21/03/2013, in accordance with Article 212–13 of the AMF General Regulations. It may be used to support any financial
transaction if it is supplemented by a prospectus approved by the AMF. This document was prepared by the issuer and
