Section 1 - Power to grant injunctions
A court may grant an injunction under this section against a
“ ”
person aged 10 or over ( the respondent ) if two conditions are
met:
◦ The first condition is that:

the court is satisfied on the balance of probabilities, that the
respondent has engaged or threatens to engage in conduct
capable of causing -

nuisance or annoyance to any person as a resident ( anti-

social behaviour ) –conduct includes failure to act

Harassment, alarm or distress (all other cases)
◦ Second condition – “just and convenient”.
