Accomplishments

1. Developed and implemented a Programme and Performance Budgeting System (PPBS) in the Ministry
of Planning Kuwait as part of a pilot study to its introduction in the State of Kuwait.
2. Developed and implemented a performance measurement system in six (6) ministries and departments
in the State of Kuwait.
3. Enhanced skills of officers in selected Government departments in the various aspects of PPBS and
performance measurement through training and advisory services.
4. Drafted an operations manual on PPBS for use throughout the State of Kuwait.
5. Drafted an operations manual on the Performance Measurement System for use throughout the State of
Kuwait.
6. Developed a Frequently Asked Questions on PPBS and performance measurement pages on the
Ministry of Planning and the Manpower and Government Restructuring (MGRP) web sites.
7. Developed the Performance Measurement System web-site under the MGRP web site.
