Extreme Cold Weather Alert - TTC Token Distribution Locations
Winter 2011-2012

TTC tokens have been provided to the following 16 community agencies for distribution during an Extreme
Cold Weather Alert. Alerts are called by Shelter, Support and Housing Administration and agencies are
notified through fax/e-mail communications lists and the media.

The tokens are only available on days when an Extreme Cold Weather Alert has been called, to help clients to
access shelter for the night. One token is available per person, per Extreme Cold Weather Alert day.

To confirm whether an Extreme Cold Weather Alert has been called and to obtain an emergency shelter bed;
call 311, or you can contact Central Intake directly at the 24-hour toll-free number: 1-877-338-3398.
