In the reference 1* cited, the Seniority list of Attenders in the Office of the
Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Andhra Pradesh, was finalized seniority list
starts with name of Sri R. Gulab Singh and ends with Sri D. Ravichander with
SI.No.1 to 44 for the period from 1962 to 1999.
In the reference 2™ cited, due to bifurcation of united State of Andhra
Pradesh, the Office Subordinates who are working in the united State of Andhra
Pradesh are allotted to Andhra Pradesh vide DOPT order No.28(4)/2015 dated

SI.No.1, 2 retired from service and SI.No.3 expired while in service and remaining
employees are working in the O/o Chief Commissioner (ST), A.P., Vijayawada. Smt
B. Bharani was appointed as Office Subordinate on 23-09-2015 on compassionate
grounds.
In the reference 3% cited, Show Cause Notice was issued for finalization of
seniority list in the cadre of Office Subordinate and requested to file their written
objections, if any, against the proposed provisional Seniority list of Office
Subordinates within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice or from the date
of affixing the same in the notice board of this office, failing which, it will be
construed that they have no objections, to file against the proposed seniority list and
appropriate orders will be passed without any further notice.
In the reference 4™ cited, Show Cause Notice was published vide Gazette
No.362, dated 10-10-2020.

No objections have been received against Show Cause Notice issued vide
reference 3™ cited. Further in the reference 5" cited Sri M.V.Ramana and 8 others
stated that they have no objection on Show Cause Notice issued vide reference 3
cited and request to pass final orders in this matter.
Therefore, the provisional seniority list of Office Subordinates is hereby
confirmed and annexed herewith as proposed in the reference 3” cited.
These orders are issued to subject to outcome of SLPs/WPs/OAs/ appeals
pending if any, before the respective forums.
