Acknowledgments
Many reinforced concrete structures exhibit symptoms of deterioration. The
electrochemical rehabilitation techniques discussed here provide additional tools for the
conservationofthese structures. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to investigate
these techniques and to share them with the preservation community through this
