The fifth commandment forbids all manner of evil and sinfulness. To
act against the commandments of the Almighty God and utter
abuse and vituperation is an act of sinfulness.

The sixth commandment forbids us to commit wrong, that is, to
usurp the rights of one’s fellow beings.

The seventh commandment forbids dishonesty. One has been en-
joined not to be dishonest even to those who are guilty of dishon-
esty.
The eighth commandment prohibits all kinds of disorder, mischief
and quarrels.
The ninth commandment prohibits all manner of rebellion. One
should, therefore, avoid performing such acts and uttering such

one must avoid falsehood in all matters of life.

The third commandment forbids adultery and fornication. In light
of this, one also has to avoid the occasions and excuses as might
lead to the committing of these evils. To avoid the occasions and

of Luqman Shahbaz Sahib of Bhirri Shah Rahman in District Gujran-
wala, Pakistan, and spoke of his devotion and his sincerity for the
J amā‘at. Huzoor (May Allāh be his Helper) also announced the sad
demise of Shehzade Satanos of Macedonia and said that he would
l ead the funeral prayer of both of the deceased persons in absentia
after the Jumu‘a.

the institution of Chanda. This will not only strengthen the
faith of the new converts, but also help them establish a lasting
relationship with the Nizām Jamā‘at. This is the reason why I had
asked the Jamā‘at to see that the new Ahmadīs participate in
Tahrīk Jadīd and Waqf Jadīd chandas.

The Holy Prophet (saw)
The sublime light which was bestowed on man, i.e., the most perfect among them, was not
shared by angels nor by stars; nor was it in the moon, nor in the sun, or in the oceans and the
rivers. It was not in any earthly or heavenly object. It was possessed only by the perfect man,
manifested in the most consummate way in the person of our lord and master, Muhammad,
the chosen one, the chief of all the prophets, leader of those who live (in the sight of Allah).
So, that light was bestowed on that man and likewise, to a degree, on all who in their several
ways were similar to him… Sublime grace was possessed in its most perfect and consummate
manifestation by our lord and master, the unlettered Prophet, the truthful one, the one whose
truth is testified to, Muhammad, the chosen one, peace be on him. (Ayena Kamalat-e-Islam:
Roohani Khaza’in, Vol. 5, pp. 160-162).
I look always with wonder at this Arab Prophet whose name is Muhammad, thousands
of blessings and peace be upon him. How exalted his status was! One cannot perceive the ulti-
mate limit of his station, and it is not within the scope of man to fully comprehend the depth
and penetration of his ennobling qualities. Alas! Due recognition has not been paid to his lofty
rank. That unity which had disappeared from the world was restored by this same valiant
champion. He loved God most intensely, so also his soul was consumed in deep sympathy of
mankind. This is why God, Who was fully aware of the hidden excellences of his heart, ex-
alted him above all the Prophets and all the people of the past and the future, and fulfilled his
heart’s desires in the span of his lifetime. (Haqiqatul Wahi: Roohani Khaza’in, Vol.22, pp. 118-
119)
Our Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be on him, combines in him the names of all
the prophets, for in him are blended the noble qualities we find severally in all the other
prophets. Hence, he is Moses as well as Jesus; he is Adam, he is Abraham, he is Joseph and also
he is Jacob. God indicates that in the verse: “So do thou follow their guidance.” (6:91): Mean-
ing: O Prophet of God, merge in yourself the various teachings of all the prophets! This shows
that the excellence of all the prophets was combined in the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings
of Allah be upon him. In fact the very name Muhammad points towards this because it means
“the one who is most highly praised.” The highest praise can only be conceived if it is granted
that the very best virtues and special qualities of all the prophets are blended in him. (Ayena
Kamalat-e-Islam: Roohani Khaza’in, Vol. 5, p.343)
I have been made to understand that of all the Messengers, the one who gave the most per-
fect and purest of teachings full of wisdom, and the one who exhibited in him the noblest of
human qualities, is the Holy Prophet Muhammad, our lord and master, may peace and bless-
ings of Allah be upon him (Arbaeen, No.1: Roohani Khaza’in, Vol.17, p.345).

Community addresses Humanity First International Conference

The World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa (Caliph), His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor
Ahmad delivered the keynote address at the International Conference of the charity Humanity First on Saturday 24
January 2015.
The 2-day conference, held at the Baitul Futuh Mosque in London, was attended by 130 delegates from 15 countries around
the world.
During the keynote address, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said that serving humanity was a basic teaching of Islam and
that the work of Humanity First was motivated by this very teaching. He said that the charity’s very name outlined its mis-
sion and objective – to consider and value the needs of others above one’s own needs.
His Holiness began his address by quoting from the writings of the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holi-
ness, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be upon him)who said:
“There are only two complete parts of faith. One is to love God and the other is to love mankind to such a
degree that you consider the suffering and the trials and tribulations of others as your own and that you
pray for them.”

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said that Ahmadi Muslims were motivated only by a desire to please God Almighty and that
they sought His help for their humanitarian and charitable activities.

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said: “Ahmadi Muslims bow down in
sincere prayer praying that Allah enables them to serve with a
true spirit of sympathy, compassion and love for mankind. They
seek Allah’s Help to develop a truly selfless spirit whereby they
consider the pain and desperation of others as their own pain
and desperation. They pray that they are able to remove the
tribulations and suffering of other people.”
His Holiness said that the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) had re-
peatedly counselled the members of theAhmadiyya Muslim Commu-
nity towards serving mankind.

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said: “Remember the Promised Mes-
siah (as) taught his followers that one type of Waqf – that is de-
voting one’s life for the sake of Allah – is to serve God’s Crea-
tion and show love towards them. This requires true selflessness
and love for others.”
