Ifthevehiclehasapowerseat,thecontrolusedto

Theshoulderbeltcannotdoitsjobbecauseit
willnotbeagainstyourbody.Instead,itwillbe
infrontofyou.Inacrash,youcouldgointoit,
receivingneckorotherinjuries.
Thelapbeltcannotdoitsjobeither.Ina
crash,thebeltcouldgoupoveryour
abdomen.Thebeltforceswouldbethere,not
atyourpelvicbones.Thiscouldcauseserious
internalinjuries.
Forproperprotectionwhenthevehicleisin
motion,havetheseatbackupright.Thensit
wellbackintheseatandwearyoursafetybelt
properly.
Donothaveaseatbackreclinedifyourvehicleis
moving.
